★★★★★

“Thank you for the healing today. Before it, I was feeling out of sorts and couldn’t put my finger on it. …

… After the healing I felt much better and was able to get my happy back! I am grateful for the healing and all the sessions we have had. I’ve learned a lot and have a new way of looking at life! Thank you!” — Shari Shane

Teachers open the door, but you must enter by yourself

“I have completed many yoga sessions with Sahaj and also a couple of Energy Healing sessions. One thing that I can say about Sahaj is that she is very genuine and shows compassion throughout her work. It feels as if I have known her longer than I actually have. Kundalini Yoga in general is the best yet. Not only does it focus on the physical and mental aspects, but also the spiritual aspect which is why it is so special. The energy healing sessions are so subtle yet very rejuvenating. Many might think of these healing sessions to be similar to Reiki, possibly, but the work done here seems to be a bit more intense than Reiki. It is something one should experience to truly get a better understanding of. “Teachers open the door, but you must enter by yourself”

Compassionate Attentiveness

“What is extraordinary about the healing work of Sahaj Kaur is the compassionate attentiveness and exquisite subtlety she brings to our every session. One trusts her immediately: there is no ego interfering with the sensitivity of her touch. Like a traditional shaman, Sahaj ‘s training is also hard-earned and based on an acute sensitivity to the subtle energies at play in the body, and she is capable of diagnosing and effectively treating many difficult and systemic problems which might otherwise cause unnecessary suffering for years. If, as the philosopher Simone Weil writes, “Attentiveness is the natural prayer of the soul,” then Sahaj’s work is in every respect a true and effective prayer for evolutionary health.”

“The greatest art is to sit, and wait, and let it come.”

“If you are willing to look at another person’s behavior toward you as a reflection of the state of their relationship with themselves rather than a statement about your value as a person, then you will, over a period of time cease to react at all.”
